Information you share

When you contact Antore Studio, we receive your name, email address, country calling code, phone number, subject and message. You can also choose to share the service you need and when you hope to start.

Please share only what we need to understand your enquiry. Our forms are not intended for passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your details to reply, discuss your project, prepare a proposal and keep track of that conversation. If we work together, we may need further information to deliver the work and maintain the related business records.

Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter. We do not sell enquiry details or use them for advertising audiences.

Forms and service providers

Our contact form and project enquiry form send messages through Formspree. Formspree processes the submitted details to deliver the message and operate its service. You can read Formspree’s Privacy Policy.

Our hosting and email providers also process information needed to deliver the website and our correspondence. Technical information can include IP addresses, browser details and access times. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect the security of our services.

Cookies and tracking

This version of the website does not include advertising pixels or audience analytics. The enquiry forms keep unsent details in the current page so you can review them; they do not save those drafts to browser storage.

After an accepted submission, a short-lived cookie lets us show the correct confirmation page. It expires after 30 minutes and contains only a received marker, not your name, email or message. Hosting and security services may also use technical cookies or logs to operate the site. External websites linked from our portfolio have their own privacy and cookie practices.

Keeping your information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to respond, manage a project or meet record-keeping obligations. We remove information when it is no longer needed, subject to any records we must keep by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect information. No website, email service or storage system can promise complete security.

Your choices

You can ask us about the information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or tell us to stop using it to follow up on an enquiry. Email antorestudio@outlook.com with your request.

Children and policy updates

The enquiry forms are intended for people discussing a business or freelance project. They are not designed to collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information that should be removed.
